## Purpose

Der Verein fördert alle übrigen Zwecke, die direkt oder indirekt mit der Verbesserung des Obgenannten verbunden sind oder als für diese geeignet angesehen werden und die mit dem Gesellschaftszweck von "The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)" übereinstimmen, einer in England und Wales gemäss Companies Act 1985 gegründeten Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Nachschusspflicht (Company limited by guaranty) (Registernr. 2632423).
