## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die berufliche Vorsorge im Rahmen des BVG und seiner Ausführungsbestimmungen für die ArbeitnehmerInnen der Firma und eventuell mit dieser wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundener Unternehmungen, sowie für deren Angehörige und Hinterlassene gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Invalidität und Tod. Die Stiftung kann über die gesetzlichen Mindestleistungen hinaus weitergehende Vorsorge betreiben, einschliesslich Unterstützungsleistungen in Notlagen, wie bei Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität oder Arbeitslosigkeit. Der Anschluss eines Arbeitgebers oder einer verbundenen Unternehmung erfolgt aufgrund einer schriftlichen Anschlussvereinbarung, die der Aufsichtsbehörde zur Kenntnis zu bringen ist. Der Stiftungsrat erlässt ein Reglement über die Leistungen, die Organisation, die Verwaltung, die Vermögensanlage und Finanzierung sowie über die Kontrolle der Stiftung. Er legt im Reglement das Verhältnis zu den Arbeitgebern, zu den Versicherten und zu den Anspruchsberechtigten fest. Die Reglementsbestimmungen können vom Stiftungsrat unter Wahrung der erworbenen Rechtsansprüche der Destinatäre geändert werden. Die Reglemente und ihre Änderungen sind der Aufsichtsbehörde einzureichen. Zur Erreichung ihres Zweckes kann die Stiftung Versicherungsverträge abschliessen oder in bestehende Verträge eintreten, wobei sie selbst Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein muss.
