## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Führung einer christlichen Schule katholischer Prägung. Sie steht in der Tradition der von der Salettinergemeinschaft gegründeten und über Jahrzehnte aufgebauten Schule. Der Zugang zur Schule steht Schülerinnen und Schülern aller Konfessionen und Religionen offen, welche die christliche Prägung der Schule respektieren. Zur Erreichung dieses Zwecks soll die Stiftung insbesondere auch die Geldmittel beschaffen, die nötig sind, die Schule langfristig zu erhalten und weiterzuentwickeln. Um ihren Zweck zu erreichen, nimmt die Stiftung folgende Aufgaben wahr: Sie betreibt eine Schule; Sie kann für ihre Schülerinnen und Schüler ein Tagesinternat oder ein Internat betreiben; Sie kann Schülerinnen und Schüler finanziell unterstützen; Sie kann zur finanziellen Unterstützung ihres Hauptzwecks Liegenschaften erwerben und verkaufen und diese auch für andere als Schulzwecke benützen und vermieten. Die Stiftung kann alle zur Förderung der obigen Zwecke geeigneten Aktivitäten ergreifen und mit Personen und Institutionen zusammenarbeiten, die ähnliche Ziele verfolgen. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke und ist gemeinnützig. Die Stiftung ist im Handelsregister eingetragen und untersteht der behördlichen Stiftungsaufsicht.
