## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht in der Unterstützung von Müttern und Vätern, deren Partner/innen sowie von Personen des erweiterten Familiensystems, während der Schwangerschaft, Geburt und Kleinkindphase in der ganzen Schweiz. Der Stiftungsrat kann ein Stiftungsreglement erlassen, welches die Tätigkeit der Stiftung im Rahmen des satzungsmässigen Zweckes festlegt. Dem Stiftungsrat kommt auch die Abänderungskompetenz zu.
