## Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt: a) Die Vereinigung von Unternehmen, welche das Leasinggeschäft (Investitionsgüter-, Immobilien-, Konsumgüterleasing) nach den Richtlinien des Vereinsbetreiben; b) Förderung des Leasinggeschäftes in der Schweiz; c) die Information der Öffentlichkeit,politischer Behörden, wirtschaftlicher Organisationen und anderen interessierten Kreisen über die Besonderheiten des Leasinggeschäftes; d) die Vertretung der wirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen Interessen des Vereins und seiner Mitglieder gegenüber Behörden sowie öffentlichen und privaten Organisationen, insbesondere die Vertretung der gemeinsamen Interessen bezüglich neuer Gesetzesvorhaben von Bund und Kantonen, welche die Tätigkeit der Mitglieder im Leasinggeschäft berühren; e) die Ausarbeitung von Richtlinien und Empfehlungen, die im allgemeinen Interesse des Vereines und seiner Mitglieder liegen; f) die Förderung eines regelmässigen Erfahrungsaustauschs unter den Mitgliedern; g) die Qualitätssicherung der Finanzdienstleistung Leasing durch die Förderung von Forschung, Lehre und Weiterbildung in Zusammenarbeit mit Hochschulen und Fachhochschulen im In- und Ausland sowie die selbständige Organisation oder Unterstützung von Informationsveranstaltungen, Tagungen, Kursen oder Schulungen für die Mitarbeiterinnen undMitarbeiter der Mitglieder; h) die Mitgliedschaft bei und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen nationalen und internationalen Organisationen; i) denBetrieb einer Selbstregulierungsorganisation gemäss Geldwäschereigesetz (SRO/SLV).
