## Purpose

Die Provisiogas bezweckt: die Erfüllung von Aufgaben, die ihm vom Bund im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung der Pflichtlagerhaltung oder der Bewirtschaftung von Erdgas übertragen werden; die Erfüllung von Aufgaben, die ihm vom Bund in anderem Zusammenhang übertragen werden; die Wahrung der Interessen seiner Mitglieder auf dem Gebiet der Vorratshaltung; die Entschädigung von Aufwendungen, welche sich aus Pflichtlagerhaltung von Erdgas für seine Mitglieder ergeben; die Orientierung der Vereinsmitglieder und Behörden über den Stand der Pflichtlagerhaltung von Erdgas. Die Provisiogas bezweckt keinen Gewinn.
