## Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt die generellen Interessen und Anliegen der Dienstleistungsnutzenden der Stiftung zuwebe sowie von deren Angehörigen oder gesetzlichen Vertretern zu vertreten und unterstützt und fördert die Tätigkeit und die Bestrebungen der Stiftung zuwebe im Rahmen des Stiftungszweckes. Er ernennt deren Stiftungsrat gemäss den Stiftungsstatuten und organisiert und institutionalisiert zusammen mit dem Stiftungsrat der Stiftung zuwebe einen regelmässigen Informationsaustausch. Mindestens einmal pro Jahr findet eine lnformationsveranstaltung statt. Der Verein organisiert im Weiteren für die Vereinsmitglieder und Interessenten Veranstaltungen, die dem Meinungsaustausch, der Information und der Förderung des Kontaktes unter den Mitgliedern dient. Er pflegt mit Organisationen, die für Menschen mit geistiger, physischer, cerebraler und mehrfacher Behinderung oder einer sozialen bzw. psychischen Beeinträchtigung im weitesten Sinne tätig sind, einen Meinungsaustausch, um sich gegebenenfalls bei Vorbringen von Anliegen von unterstützungsbedürftigen Menschen gegenüber Behörden oder Institutionen gegenseitig zu unterstützen. Der Verein verfolgt keinerlei Gewinnabsichten.
