## Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt die Aus- und Weiterbildung im technischen und kaufmännisch-administrativen Bereich für Jugendliche und Erwachsene. Der Verein kann alle Aktivitäten ausüben, die zum Führen der Aus- und Weiterbildungsstätten erforderlich sind. Der Verein kann Grundstücke erwerben sowie Rechte irgendwelcher Art an Grundstücken, so unter anderem Baurechte, Stockwerkeigentumsanteile, weitere beschränkte dingliche Rechte. Er kann sich an juristischen Personen beteiligen, die den Erwerb von Grundstücken bzw. Anteilen an Grundstücken zum Zweck haben bzw. als Zweck verfolgen. Der Verein kann sich an juristischen Personen beteiligen, die die Durchführung von Ausbildungen unterstützen oder durchführen. Der Verein ist konfessionell und politisch neutral.
