## Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt als Non-Profit-Organisation unter dem Label @work die Führung verschiedener Unternehmen, die Arbeitsraum für Menschen mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung zur Verfügung stellen. Das Angebot von lebensträume@work richtet sich an: - Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene mit einer physischen, psychischen und/oder sozialen Beeinträchtigung; - Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene, die nach der Schule keine Anschlussmöglichkeit für den Berufseinstieg finden; - Teilnehmende des Arbeitsintegrationsprogramms Riehen. Der Verein strebt durch die Schaffung solcher Arbeitsräume die Integration in die Gesellschaft und damit eine verbesserte Partizipation für die drei Zielgruppen an. Der Verein verfolgt diesen Zweck durch die Umsetzung von Projekten und die Führung der gegründeten Unternehmen. Ein spezieller Schwerpunkt liegt zudem in der Schaffung von zeitlich beschränkten Arbeits- und Bildungsangeboten. Wo möglich, strebt er die Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerorganisationen gleich gearteter oder ähnlicher Unternehmen an. Der Verein ist konfessionell neutral, politisch unabhängig und erfüllt seinen Zweck auf einer gemeinnützigen Grundlage. Gewinnabsichten werden keine verfolgt. Anfallende Gewinne kommen neuen Projekten zugute, die dem Zweckartikel entsprechen müssen. Zudem können Rückstellung für Investitionen in Gerätschaften (Küche/Produktion) und für Bau-und Renovationsvorhaben getätigt werden.
