## Purpose

Die der Gesellschaft anvertrauten Rechte werden durch Korrespondenten im In- und Ausland in der Regel in Sammelverwahrung gehalten. Korrespondenten können sowohl Clearing- und Verwahrungsorganisationen als auch Banken und weitere professionelle Verwahrer sein. Depotstelle in der Schweiz ist grundsätzlich die SEGA Schweizerische Effekten-Giro AG. Im Ausland werden entsprechende Verträge mit Korrespondenten angeschlossen. Die Gesellschaft kann Liegenschaften erwerben, belasten und verkaufen sowie Beteiligungen an anderen Gesellschaften erwerben.
