## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt, das kulturelle Wirken des Sammlerehepaares Arthur und Hedy Hahnloser-Bühler in Erinnerung zu halten und damit im Zusammenhang stehende Werke und Dokumente zu konservieren und einem interessierten Publikum zugänglich zu machen. Sie stellt Werke und Dokumente Museen, vorzugsweise in Winterthur, leihweise zur Verfügung, sofern diese geeignete Räumlichkeiten aufweisen und Gewähr für eine dem Stiftungszweck gemässe Betreuung bieten. Die näheren Bedingungen werden in Verträgen zwischen Stiftung und Museen festgelegt. Die Stiftung übernimmt Werke und Dokumente aus den ehemaligen Kunstsammlungen Hahnloser zu Eigentum oder zur Betreuung und Verwaltung. Nicht ausgestellte Werke können den Nachkommen des Sammlerehepaares und zur Belebung dessen Wohnhauses zur Flora, Winterthur, ausgeliehen werden. Die Stiftung kann Beiträge an den Unterhalt und an die Sicherung von Werken der ehemaligen Kunstsammlung A. u. H. Hahnloser-Bühler ausrichten, soweit diese Werke dauernd oder zeitweise öffentlich gezeigt werden. Die Stiftung kann Beiträge an Unterhalt und bauliche Anpassungen von Gebäude und Garten der Villa Flora leisten, sofern ihr Kunstgut dort ausgestellt wird. Sie kann auch Beiträge an den Ausstellungsaufwand ausrichten.
