## Purpose

Die SVK bietet den bei ihr versicherten Mitgliedern des STV Versicherungsschutz gegen die Folgen von Unfällen und Brillenschäden, die sich in Ausübung der offiziell betriebenen turnerischen Tätigkeit ereignen. Grundlage bildet das Reglement der SVK. Für Unfälle von unter Art. 4 Abs. 2 aufgeführten Nichtmitgliedern des STV sowie für Haftpflichtereignisse, schliesst die SVK bei einer konzessionierten schweizerischen Versicherungsgesellschaft entsprechende Versicherungsverträge ab. Die SVK kann durch Beiträge aus frei verfügbaren Mitteln die Interessen des STV fördern. Als frei verfügbare Mittel gelten Vermögensteile ausserhalb des Genossenschaftsgrundkapitals und der gesetzlichen Gewinnreserve gemäss Art. 36.
