## Purpose

Elle peut en particulier construire, acheter ou louer toutes installations servant à produire, transporter, transformer ou répartir de l'énergie électrique (usines, lignes, postes, transformateurs, etc.) pour son propre compte ou en participation, et en assumer tout ou partie de l'exploitation ; acheter et vendre de l'énergie électrique à des tiers, ou en échanger avec ceux-ci ; s'intéresser directement ou indirectement à toutes entreprises tierces poursuivant un but analogue, les absorber ou se les adjoindre par voie de rachat, de fusion ou de bail; prendre des participations au capital de toutes autres entreprises connexes.
