## Purpose

In Erfüllung einer öffentlichen Aufgabe der mit der EnBAG-Gruppe durch langfristige Verträge verbundenen Oberwalliser Gemeinden, insbesondere in den Bezirken Brig, Östlich-Raron und Goms, bezweckt die Gesellschaft namentlich die kostengünstige Belieferung des EnBAG-Vertragsgebietes mit elektrischer Energie. Bei der Erfüllung dieser Aufgabe wird sie durch die übrigen Gesellschaften der EnBAG-Gruppe unterstützt. Als Managementgesellschaft der EnBAG-Gruppe führt sie die EnBAG-Tochtergesellschaften der zweiten Ebene bei der Umsetzung der Gruppenstrategie. Sie ist zuständig für die zentralen Dienste und das Rechnungswesen der EnBAG-Gruppe. Bei ihr ist das gesamte Personal der EnBAG-Gruppe angesiedelt. Ihr obliegt der Stromhandel, namentlich die Beschaffung der benötigten Energie und deren Verkauf an die Endkunden. Die Gesellschaft kann alle kommerziellen, finanziellen, kontrolltechnischen und anderen Tätigkeiten ausüben, die mit dem Gesellschaftszweck in Zusammenhang stehen.
