## Purpose

Unterstützung von in finanziell bedrängten Verhältnissen lebenden Familien, Korporationen, Gemeinden und dergleichen in den Bergregionen der Schweiz, insbesondere in den Kantonen Glarus und Schwyz. Dabei ist den Anliegen des Natur- und Heimatschutzes gebührend Rechnung zu tragen. Förderung der Forschung und Unterstützung von Projekten und Einrichtungen auf dem Gebiet der Kinderheilkunde, in Ausnahmefällen die medizinische Hilfe für ein bedürftiges Kind, dessen medizinische Versorgung anderweitig nicht möglich ist. Der Stiftungsrat entscheidet im Rahmen der Statuten selbständig und endgültig über die Aufteilung der Stiftungsmittel und über die Ausrichtung von Zuwendungen. Dabei soll das Schwergewicht der Unterstützung in der Regel bei der Hilfe zugunsten der Bergregionen liegen. Der Stiftungsrat kann ein entsprechendes Ausführungsreglement erlassen. Den Destinatären stehen keine klagbaren Ansprüche gegen die Stiftung zu.
