## Purpose

Der Zweck des Vereins besteht in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Bildungsdienstleistungen im Berufsfeld Gebäudehülle. Er widmet sich darüber hinaus der Weiterentwicklung des Berufsfeldes Gebäudehülle. Der Verein betreibt die nötigen Bildungszentren, derzeit in Uzwil und Les Paccots. Er kann weitere Bildungszentren und ferner auch Institutionen errichten, erwerben bzw. betreiben, die dem Vereinszweck direkt oder indirekt dienen (wie etwa für die Unterbringung der Lehrgangsteilnehmer). Der Verein erwirbt in der Regel keine Liegenschaften. Die für die Zweckverfolgung erforderlichen Liegenschaften (namentlich für die Bildungszentren) stehen vielmehr jeweilen im Eigentum der Stiftung Polybau der Genossenschaft Gebäudehülle Schweiz, welche mit dem Verein langfristige Mietverhältnisse abschliesst.
