## Purpose

Der Regierungsrat des Kantons Bern kann vorsehen, dass die Bedag Informatik AG das ausschliessliche Recht zur Erbringung bestimmter Leistungen der ICT-Grundversorgung (Art. 32 Abs. 1 Bst. a des Gesetzes vom 7. März 2023 über die digitale Verwaltung (DVG)) für die kantonalen Behörden gemäss Art. 4 Abs. 2 DVG hat.
