## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft verfolgt den Zweck, in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung ihren Mitgliedern gesunden und preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu verschaffen und zu erhalten. Sie ist bestrebt, Wohnraum für alle Bevölkerungskreise anzubieten, insbesondere auch für Familien, Behinderte und Betagte. Sie fördert das Zusammenleben im Sinne gesamtgesellschaftlicher Verantwortung und gegenseitiger Solidarität. Sie sucht diesen Zweck zu erreichen durch: a) Erwerb von Bauland und Baurechten. b) Bau und Erwerb von Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern, die den zeitgemässen genossenschaftlichen Wohnbedürfnissen entsprechen. c) Sorgfältigen und laufenden Unterhalt sowie periodische Erneuerung der bestehenden Bauten. d) Errichtung von Ersatzneubauten, wenn die bestehenden Bauten nicht mehr auf wirtschaftlich vertretbare Art und Weise erneuert werden können. e) Beanspruchung von Förderungsinstrumenten nach dem eidgenössischen Wohnraumförderungsgesetz bzw. entsprechenden kantonalen und kommunalen Gesetzen. f) Verwaltung und Vermietung der Wohnungen auf der Basis der Kostenmiete. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen. Sie ist Mitglied des Schweizerischen Verbandes für Wohnungswesen SVW.
